Position: Senior Operations Research Engineer. From 4/2006.
Experience Summary:
- Design and development of core mathematical algorithms for the Crystal Ball application suite, which is a software for simulation, optimization and forecasting.
- Researching and writing technical papers and providing high-level analytical support to internal and external customers.
- Representing Decisioneering, Inc. at Operations Research conferences.
UW E-Business Consortium, Madison, WI, USA
Position: Project Assistant. 8/2001-5/2006.
Experience Summary:
- Participated in RFID application research, peer-group meetings and various offline researches for member companies of the consortium in Information Security, CRM and Secure Email.
IBM Microelectornic Division, Burlington, VT, USA
Position: Speed Team Summer Intern. 6/2004-8/2004
Experience Summary:
- Enhancement of optimization model for the semiconductor manufacturing planning system called PROFIT, including a research on solver performance for large scale optimization problems encountered in the planning system and an approach on metering for commercialization of the software
- Implemented new methods for on-demand data analysis and forecasting of part numbers for different customer and product family combinations, to be integrated in PROFIT suite.
ADP Wilco Ltd. (previously Wilco International Systems Pvt. Ltd.), Hyderabad, AP, India
Position: Member Technical. 7/2000-7/2001
Experience Summary:
- Developed real-time transaction processing software for financial management of large investment banks. The software automates the trade processing lifecycle from trade capture, through confirmation, reporting to the clearing agency, settlement and accounting.
- Participated in training and mentoring program of new employees in the company.

Position: Project Consultant. 6/1999-2/2000
Experience Summary:
- Optimization of outbound Logistics for a fertilizer major. Involved in data analysis and O.R. modeling for Dynamic Production Distribution Planning, Dispatch efficiency module design, Weekly dispatch planning and inventory positioning.
- Lead a team of four students.
